About The Neighborhood
Palm City, Florida is one of the Treasure Coast’s most desirable communities, known for its quiet neighborhoods, scenic waterfronts, and family-friendly atmosphere. With a relaxed pace of life and convenient access to nearby shopping, dining, and beaches, Palm City offers an ideal balance of comfort, convenience, and coastal living.
The Challenge
What Wasn’t Working
- An underutilized screened porch that could be converted into year-round interior living space
- No dedicated game room for a family that entertains regularly
- Limited floor space making separate storage and dining furniture impractical
Like many homes in Cave Springs, the master bath retained its original footprint — creating real functional limitations for a busy household and making what should be a personal retreat feel like an afterthought.
BEFORE:
“The window seats were the perfect solution to the seating problem – and the built-in unit makes the game equipment disappear completely. This room gets more use than any other in the house.”

Built Around Fun, Function, and Space Efficiency.
To solve the bathroom’s layout and style challenges, DreamMaker redesigned the master bath with improved flow, custom storage, natural light, and a clean modern finish. Removing the unused Jacuzzi unlocked the footprint entirely, custom cabinetry made every inch purposeful, and thoughtful material choices brought the spa-like atmosphere the homeowners had always wanted.
Key Improvements included:
- Exterior screened-in porch fully converted to climate-controlled interior living space
- Large portion of the room designed and furnished as a game room
- Built-in storage unit designed to house game equipment while also anchoring a new dining area
- Window-seat seating integrated into the built-in cabinetry - solving the limited-space dining challenge
- Fun and functional space created that allows both casual entertaining and everyday use
