The heart of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in Southeast Florida is rooted in family, faith, and a commitment to serving our community with transparency and care. Owner Joey Gribben grew up in Stuart, learning the construction trade from his parents’ family business. From mastering custom interior trim to perfecting weather-resistant exterior updates, Joey gained hands-on experience across all trades—experience that would shape his approach to building dream homes.
In 2008, during a challenging economic downturn, Joey was introduced to the DreamMaker franchise. Intrigued by their faith-driven values and innovative approach to home remodeling, he and his wife, Jen, embraced the opportunity. Early on, the business faced its share of challenges as the economy recovered, but through perseverance and a focus on ethical practices, the company steadily grew. By 2017, they expanded with a second location in Jupiter, Florida, allowing them to serve even more homeowners with the same hands-on attention and craftsmanship.
In 2020, Joey and Jen took the reins as the second-generation owners, continuing the family tradition of excellence. Today, their dedicated team—whom they consider family—works tirelessly to transform houses into homes. From Jensen Beach to Palm City, every project is treated with the same care and attention they would give their own families. Past clients often return to visit, and the team feels blessed every day to build lasting relationships while helping clients bring their dreams to life.

Meet with a DreamMaker designer in our Design Center to share your vision and inspiration. Next, we’ll schedule your home survey and design review.
We’ll visit your home to measure, photograph, and review any structural or system needs, ensuring your plan and estimate are precise. Then, we’ll schedule your design review.
We’ll go over your custom designs and finalize a plan that reflects your vision. Along with the designs, you’ll get detailed proposals so you can see the costs and make informed choices.
The contract lays out your project scope, start date, timeline, and all necessary documents, so everyone is on the same page. We’re committed to delivering exactly what we promise.
Once your plans and agreements are set, your Project Manager will meet with you to go over the project scope, timeline, and construction process—making sure all details are clear before work begins.
Your Project Manager oversees the remodel, keeping everything on track and answering any questions along the way.
