About The Neighborhood
Port St. Lucie is one of Florida’s fastest-growing cities, known for its family-friendly neighborhoods, beautiful parks, and relaxed Treasure Coast lifestyle. With a mix of established communities and new development, it offers convenient access to beaches, recreation, and everyday amenities while maintaining a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere.
The Challenge
What Wasn’t Working
- Honey-colored cabinets and dark countertops making the kitchen feel heavy and dated
- Gas grill located on the island rather than at the room's natural focal point
- No vented hood - limiting both function and the room's visual design
- A built-in pantry consuming space that could be better used for cooking and storage
- No seamless backsplash - interrupted by standard electrical receptacles
Like many homes in Cave Springs, the master bath retained its original footprint — creating real functional limitations for a busy household and making what should be a personal retreat feel like an afterthought.

Built Around Function, Flow, and a Seamless Aesthetic.
To solve the bathroom’s layout and style challenges, DreamMaker redesigned the master bath with improved flow, custom storage, natural light, and a clean modern finish. Removing the unused Jacuzzi unlocked the footprint entirely, custom cabinetry made every inch purposeful, and thoughtful material choices brought the spa-like atmosphere the homeowners had always wanted.
- Honey-colored cabinets and dark countertops fully replaced with Showplace Wood Products in white and grey
- Gas grill relocated from the island to the focal point of the room
- Vented hood added above the grill to maximize function and form
- Kitchen angles reconfigured to accommodate a 7-foot food prep island
- Hidden pullout refrigerator drawers integrated into the new island
- Built-in pantry replaced with tall cabinets featuring integrated rollout trays and a wine cooler
- LED-lit display cabinets added to enhance the focal point of the room
- Legrand under-cabinet receptacles installed for a completely unobstructed, seamless backsplash
