About The Neighborhood
Southeast Florida is one of the state’s most sought-after regions, known for its vibrant coastal communities, year-round sunshine, and relaxed lifestyle. From established neighborhoods to growing communities, the region offers the perfect blend of waterfront living, modern conveniences, and easy access to shopping, dining, and recreation.
The Challenge
What Wasn’t Working
- An undesirable interior despite a desirable location and views
- A small kitchen that the clients wanted to open up by removing walls
- A rogue pipe discovered running directly through the new kitchen layout during test holes
- An outdated wet bar and dated dining mirror needing full transformation
- No dedicated display area for a seashell collection that was important to the clients
Like many homes in Cave Springs, the master bath retained its original footprint — creating real functional limitations for a busy household and making what should be a personal retreat feel like an afterthought.

Built Around a Palette, a Collection, and a Very Clever Column.
To solve the bathroom’s layout and style challenges, DreamMaker redesigned the master bath with improved flow, custom storage, natural light, and a clean modern finish. Removing the unused Jacuzzi unlocked the footprint entirely, custom cabinetry made every inch purposeful, and thoughtful material choices brought the spa-like atmosphere the homeowners had always wanted.
- Dark brown Shaker-style cabinet doors paired with white walls, countertops, and flooring throughout
- All cabinet bases designed with drawers rather than doors - maximizing storage capacity and accessibility
- Walls removed to expand the kitchen footprint
- Rogue pipe concealed behind a non-structural column covered with matching backsplash tile - invisible within the design
- Wet bar transformed with new cabinets and an open shelf serving as the seashell display area
- Dated dining mirror replaced as part of the full transformation
