Project Overview

Start With the Wallpaper. Build Everything Else Around It.

These two bathrooms were part of a complete home remodel, and both reveal the same design philosophy: the client chose the wallpaper first, and DreamMaker built each room to complement it. In the powder bath, blue glass mosaic tile on the shower walls, vintage white floor tile, and clean white cabinetry. In the guest bath, earthy tones, a low-profile tub for ease of entry and exit, and a frameless glass enclosure showcasing beautiful glass subway tile. Both rooms are bold, beautiful, and unmistakably intentional.

About The Neighborhood

Palm City, Florida is one of the Treasure Coast’s most desirable communities, known for its beautiful neighborhoods, waterfront living, and relaxed coastal lifestyle. With easy access to nearby amenities and beaches, it offers the perfect blend of convenience and Florida charm.

The Challenge

What Wasn’t Working

Before the remodel, the space faced several challenges:

Two bathrooms in need of full transformation as part of a whole home remodel
No design direction beyond the clients' bold wallpaper selections
Guest bath needed a tub that prioritized ease of entry and exit
Both rooms needed finishes that complemented rather than competed with the wallpaper

Like many homes in Cave Springs, the master bath retained its original footprint — creating real functional limitations for a busy household and making what should be a personal retreat feel like an afterthought.

BEFORE:

“Starting with the wallpaper was our designer’s idea and it was exactly right. Both bathrooms have so much personality – and they feel completely different from each other while being clearly part of the same home.”

The Solution

Built Distinctly. Both Stunning. Powder Bath

To solve the bathroom’s layout and style challenges, DreamMaker redesigned the master bath with improved flow, custom storage, natural light, and a clean modern finish. Removing the unused Jacuzzi unlocked the footprint entirely, custom cabinetry made every inch purposeful, and thoughtful material choices brought the spa-like atmosphere the homeowners had always wanted.
