Project Overview

A New Home. A Kitchen That Finally Felt Like Theirs.

These Woodlands homeowners had just moved in and knew the kitchen wasn’t them. DreamMaker painted every cabinet, replaced the countertops, installed a farmhouse workstation sink, added a pot filler over the stovetop, and updated the lighting and hardware throughout. The result is stunning.

About The Neighborhood

The Woodlands is one of North Houston’s most sought-after communities — a vibrant, family-friendly township with beautiful homes, tree-lined neighborhoods, and an easy pace that belies its proximity to the region’s booming business corridors.

The Challenge

What Wasn’t Working

Before the remodel, the space faced several challenges:

A very brown traditional palette completely at odds with the new owners' taste
Existing countertops needing replacing to support the new color direction
No farmhouse sink - a non-negotiable for the homeowners' design vision
No pot filler - a practical upgrade the homeowners specifically wanted
Lighting and hardware reinforcing the dated traditional feel

Like many homes in Cave Springs, the master bath retained its original footprint — creating real functional limitations for a busy household and making what should be a personal retreat feel like an afterthought.

BEFORE:

“DreamMaker changed everything visible without touching what was already working structurally. The result is exactly the kitchen we had pictured. The workstation sink and pot filler were worth every penny.”

The Solution

Built Around How They Actually Live.

To solve the bathroom’s layout and style challenges, DreamMaker redesigned the master bath with improved flow, custom storage, natural light, and a clean modern finish. Removing the unused Jacuzzi unlocked the footprint entirely, custom cabinetry made every inch purposeful, and thoughtful material choices brought the spa-like atmosphere the homeowners had always wanted.
