Led by Jeff and Ruth Vargo, our team specializes in luxury kitchen remodeling, custom bathroom renovations, whole-home remodeling, and high-end interior transformations designed to complement the refined lifestyle of The Woodlands while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Jeff’s passion for home construction began long before DreamMaker. Raised in a family of custom home builders, he watched his father and grandfather build not only remarkable homes but lasting relationships with the families they served. Growing up in a home built by his own family instilled a lifelong appreciation for quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and the importance of creating spaces that stand the test of time.
That commitment to service continued during Jeff’s military career. As a proud United States Army veteran, he served in Tennessee, Iraq, and Hawaii, where he developed the leadership, discipline, integrity, and attention to detail that now define every remodeling project. Following his military service, Jeff and Ruth made The Woodlands their home, raising their three children while becoming deeply invested in the community they proudly serve.
Jeff later spent more than 11 years leading complex projects for ExxonMobil, sharpening the communication, planning, and project management skills that help make every DreamMaker remodeling experience organized, transparent, and stress-free. Together, Jeff and Ruth combine generations of construction knowledge with a passion for personalized service, ensuring every homeowner enjoys a seamless design-build remodeling experience.
Today, DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of The Woodlands blends timeless craftsmanship with innovative design to create luxury kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms, and beautifully reimagined living spaces. Every remodeling project starts with your vision. Our design-build process guides you from concept to completion with clear communication, expert guidance, and quality craftsmanship—making your remodeling experience simple, organized, and rewarding.
Meet with a DreamMaker designer in our Design Center to share your vision and inspiration. Next, we’ll schedule your home survey and design review.
We’ll visit your home to measure, photograph, and review any structural or system needs, ensuring your plan and estimate are precise. Then, we’ll schedule your design review.
We’ll go over your custom designs and finalize a plan that reflects your vision. Along with the designs, you’ll get detailed proposals so you can see the costs and make informed choices.
The contract lays out your project scope, start date, timeline, and all necessary documents, so everyone is on the same page. We’re committed to delivering exactly what we promise.
Once your plans and agreements are set, your Project Manager will meet with you to go over the project scope, timeline, and construction process—making sure all details are clear before work begins.
Your Project Manager oversees the remodel, keeping everything on track and answering any questions along the way.
