Project Overview

Tired and Worn Out. Now a Beach-Inspired Retreat.

This Conroe master bathroom needed a full gut and redo. A shower too small for a master, storage that was never enough, a tub needing replacing, and a linen closet taking up space that could do something much better. DreamMaker brought a beach-inspired vision to life with an enlarged shower, clawfoot soaking tub, generous soft-close vanity storage, and reclaimed vanity space from the removed linen closet.

About The Neighborhood

Conroe is one of North Houston’s most sought-after communities — a vibrant, family-friendly city with beautiful master-planned neighborhoods, scenic parks, and an easy pace that belies its proximity to Houston’s booming business corridor.

The Challenge

What Wasn’t Working

Before the remodel, the space faced several challenges:

A shower too small and too worn to feel like a proper master bath
A tub that needed replacing and wasn't delivering the experience wanted
Insufficient vanity storage throughout
An unused linen closet consuming space the vanity needed
Poor ceiling lighting making the space feel dim and dated

Like many homes in Cave Springs, the master bath retained its original footprint — creating real functional limitations for a busy household and making what should be a personal retreat feel like an afterthought.

BEFORE:

“DreamMaker brought our beach-inspired vision to life exactly the way we had imagined – and then some. The clawfoot tub is a showpiece and the enlarged shower is everything we wanted. Perfect for rest and relaxation.”
