Built on Passion, Craftsmanship, and a Leap of Faith
For Co-Owners Dan and Eden, remodeling has always been part of life. Eden grew up around construction, with her dad working in the stone industry and her parents frequently flipping and remodeling homes. Some of her earliest memories include falling asleep on the floor of active job sites surrounded by the sounds of compressors, nail guns, and saws. Those experiences sparked a lifelong love for interior design—something she has continued to nurture while balancing life as a mom.
Dan’s interest in remodeling started just as early. When he was in first grade, his parents remodeled their home, and Dan quickly took on the role of “honorary foreman,” inspecting the work and cleaning up after the crew. What began as childhood curiosity grew into real experience when he started working for the same contractor who remodeled his family’s home. By high school, Dan was leaving school halfway through the day to work on job sites, eventually spending nearly six years learning the craft and gaining hands-on experience.
After getting married, Dan and Eden spent time pursuing other opportunities—including a move to the Caribbean—before finding their way back to the remodeling world. When they were introduced to DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, they immediately connected with the company’s values and approach to serving homeowners. Taking a leap of faith, they left their corporate careers, sold their home, and moved to one of their favorite destinations—St. George, Utah—where they’re excited to help homeowners throughout Southern Utah transform their spaces and build something meaningful for the future.

Our approach allows us to carefully plan every detail while keeping you informed and involved throughout the entire journey.
Meet with a DreamMaker designer in our Design Center to share your vision and inspiration. Next, we’ll schedule your home survey and design review.
We’ll visit your home to measure, photograph, and review any structural or system needs, ensuring your plan and estimate are precise. Then, we’ll schedule your design review.
We’ll go over your custom designs and finalize a plan that reflects your vision. Along with the designs, you’ll get detailed proposals so you can see the costs and make informed choices.
The contract lays out your project scope, start date, timeline, and all necessary documents, so everyone is on the same page. We’re committed to delivering exactly what we promise.
Once your plans and agreements are set, your Project Manager will meet with you to go over the project scope, timeline, and construction process—making sure all details are clear before work begins.
Your Project Manager oversees the remodel, keeping everything on track and answering any questions along the way.
