Project Overview
Transforming an Outdated Space into Luxury
This primary bathroom underwent a complete transformation, evolving from a closed-off, dated space into a bright, airy sanctuary. By removing the bulky built-in corner tub and replacing the muted sage walls with crisp, neutral tones, the room instantly feels larger, cleaner, and significantly more open.
The standout highlight of the new layout is the expansive glass walk-in shower, complete with contemporary matte black hardware, rainfall showerheads, and sleek, continuous wall panels. Adjacent vanity seating and upgraded double-sink stations ensure the space balances high-end aesthetics with optimal everyday functionality.

About The Neighborhood
Located in a sought-after Bentonville neighborhood, this spacious residence benefits from expansive architecture and light-filled layouts. Upgrading the kitchen allowed the home’s interior design to match the prestige and high standards of the surrounding community.
The Challenge
Overcoming a Dated Layout
- Oversized corner jet tub consuming major floor space
- Outdated sage green paint and dark accent tiles
- Cramped layout limiting overall movement and functionality
- Enclosed traditional shower stall restricting natural light
- Tired finishes that dimmed the room’s potential
The original design felt heavy and compartmentalized, with an underutilized Jacuzzi tub taking up prime real estate. The goal was to remove unnecessary bulk and maximize spatial flow and natural light.
BEFORE:
“Mary helped me design and select the materials to replace a tub shower combination with a walk-in tile shower. The completed shower came out just as I envisioned it and I am extremely satisfied. I would certainly make DreamMaker the first stop in any future remodeling I may desire.”

An expanded vanity setup with central makeup seating creates a complete spa experience right at home.

- Built-in window bench seat with integrated storage
- Expanded dual vanity with central makeup seating
- Modern multi-bulb wall sconces flanking mirrors
- Neutral tile flooring replacing outdated tan tiles
