Project Overview
A Master Bath Designed for Modern Living
Located in Springdale, this master bathroom no longer reflected the homeowners’ lifestyle or the retreat they needed. An unused corner Jacuzzi, a cramped shower, poor natural light, and a dated style made the space feel closed off and out of step with how the family actually lived.
DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Northwest Arkansas partnered closely with the homeowners to reimagine the space, creating a light-filled, spa-inspired bathroom designed for improved flow, a modern aesthetic, and everyday escape.

About The Neighborhood
Springdale is one of Northwest Arkansas’s most vibrant and diverse hub cities — a welcoming, family-centered community rich in industrial heritage, bustling local parks, and a thriving downtown, offering easy access to the entire region’s major business and cultural centers.
The Challenge
What Wasn’t Working
- Unused corner Jacuzzi taking up valuable floor space
- Dated cabinetry and finishes out of step with the homeowners' style
- A small, enclosed shower with very little natural light
- No room for the custom storage and vanity setup the family needed
- Closed-off layout that made the space feel cramped and dark
Like many homes in Springdale, the master bath retained its original footprint — creating real functional limitations for a busy household and making what should be a personal retreat feel like an afterthought.
BEFORE:
“From the moment we started working with DreamMaker, we knew we were in good hands. Our master bath had been on our list for years — we just never felt confident enough to pull the trigger with another contractor. DreamMaker changed that completely. They listened to exactly what we wanted, helped us make design decisions we never would have thought of on our own, and delivered a bathroom that honestly feels like something out of a magazine. Every morning I walk in and it still catches me off guard how beautiful it is. The process was smooth, the timeline was respected, and there were zero surprises on the bill. For a family as busy as ours, that peace of mind was everything. We tell everyone who asks — DreamMaker is the only call you need to make.”

A Space Reimagined
To solve the bathroom’s layout and style challenges, DreamMaker redesigned the master bath with improved flow, custom storage, natural light, and a clean modern finish. Removing the unused Jacuzzi unlocked the footprint entirely, custom cabinetry made every inch purposeful, and thoughtful material choices brought the spa-like atmosphere the homeowners had always wanted.
Key Improvements included:
- Removed corner Jacuzzi to open up space for a larger, walk-in shower
- Custom vanity with glass shelves and herringbone tile feature wall
- New double vanity with herringbone tile backsplash to the ceiling
- Modern lighting and adjustable mirrors throughout
- Large-format floor tile with a lighter wall and trim palette
- Replaced windows to maximize natural light without sacrificing privacy
