Project Overview
A Spa-Inspired Bathroom Transformation
This Miramar homeowner wanted to replace an outdated primary bathroom with a space that felt brighter, more functional, and better suited to everyday living. The existing layout featured a bulky corner tub, a small shower, and dated finishes that made the room feel enclosed and inefficient.
DreamMaker completed a full bathroom renovation, opening the layout with a freestanding soaking tub inside a glass-enclosed wet room, a floating double vanity, large-format porcelain flooring, and modern lighting. The finished space blends clean lines, durable materials, and warm natural textures to create a relaxing retreat that is both beautiful and practical.

About The Neighborhood
Miramar is known for its welcoming neighborhoods, modern homes, and family-friendly communities. This renovation complements that lifestyle with a contemporary bathroom designed for comfort, functionality, and lasting value.
The Challenge
Opening the Space
- Built-in corner tub and small shower created a cramped layout
- Outdated beige tile and traditional cabinetry
- Limited storage and inefficient floor plan
- Poor lighting and dated finishes
- Bathroom lacked a modern, spa-like feel
Although the bathroom was structurally sound, its outdated layout and finishes no longer met the homeowners’ needs. They wanted a brighter, more open design to improve both functionality and everyday comfort.
