An advisor that sees our interests and no what is easy or more profitable to do 3. A project manager that manages the communication and timeline with us and the crews 4. We knew that it would be unknowns or things that we didn’t think of but we wanted someone capable of own mistakes and help us with workarounds when needed. "Found DreamMaker on Facebook. Had renovation fatigue from several ridiculous contractor estimates. My first thought, was to keep scrolling, as contractors are a dime a dozen on FB.. Researched YouTube, DreamMaker online reviews, contacted Neil who arranged an appointment at their Hollywood Showroom. Antonio was a delight and brings a wealth of expertise to the project. . He met us at our villa condo to discuss our expectations. The entire renovation project was flawless. There was no push to sign a contract. Antonio works within your personal budget, referring us to his preferred vendors for porcelain tile, quartzite, appliances, etc. We were pleasantly impressed how the entire pre-renovation process was. Carlos the project manager was stellar in his role assuring everything went smoothly and according to design plans. Antonio was very accomodating and helpful in coming up with solutions that made me happy and didn't bust the overall budget. DreamMaker handled the whole project, from planning, drawings, permits and clean up. The is a vacation property so we don't live there full time, but regardless DreamMaker was very respectful and kept the place very clean. When the project concluded, they had the entire place professionally cleaned. We will DEFINITELY use DreamMaker again for our next project!"

02 In-Home Visit

We’ll visit your home to measure, photograph, and review any structural or system needs, ensuring your plan and estimate are precise. Then, we’ll schedule your design review.

03 Design Process & Concept Review

We’ll go over your custom designs and finalize a plan that reflects your vision. Along with the designs, you’ll get detailed proposals so you can see the costs and make informed choices.

04 Sign Your Agreement

The contract lays out your project scope, start date, timeline, and all necessary documents, so everyone is on the same page. We’re committed to delivering exactly what we promise.

05 Pre Production Meeting

Once your plans and agreements are set, your Project Manager will meet with you to go over the project scope, timeline, and construction process—making sure all details are clear before work begins.

06 Your Dedicated Field Supervisor

Your Project Manager oversees the remodel, keeping everything on track and answering any questions along the way.

07 Final Walkthrough & Evaluation

We’ll walk through your remodeled space, ensure everything meets your expectations, and complete any needed touch-ups.
