About The Neighborhood
Hershey is one of south-central Pennsylvania’s most beloved communities – a town built around Milton Hershey’s original vision of the good life, where small-town warmth meets genuine destination energy. Hersheypark, world-class gardens, four golf courses, and the Penn State Medical Center all share the same zip code, yet residents still know their neighbours and enjoy one of the shortest average commutes in the country.
The Challenge
What Wasn’t Working
- Elizabethtown is a quiet, grounded borough in Lancaster County — situated between Harrisburg and Lancaster, close enough to both without any of the noise. It has a strong sense of its own identity, shaped by its Pennsylvania Dutch heritage and a population that tends to put down roots and stay.
- Dated vanity, countertop, mirrors, and lighting undermining the overall feel of the space
- No statement features to give the room a memorable, inviting character
BEFORE:
“Working closely with our designer, we achieved a space that truly balances style, comfort, and personality. Every guest who sees it loves it.”
– Karen M., Hershey, PA

Built Around Warmth, Sophistication, and a Welcoming Atmosphere.
To give this guest bathroom the personality and polish it had always lacked, DreamMaker approached every surface and fixture as an opportunity to delight. The freestanding soaking tub became the room’s centrepiece, champagne bronze tied the accessories together, and details like defogger mirrors and a glass-walled shower elevated the everyday into something genuinely memorable. The result is a bathroom guests walk into and immediately want to talk about.
Key Improvements included:
- Luxurious freestanding soaking tub installed as the room's centrepiece
- Sleek new glass-walled shower delivering a clean, open feel
- Elegant champagne bronze fixtures and accessories adding a touch of sophistication throughout
- Vanity upgraded with a fresh modern quartz countertop
- Updated mirrors with built-in defoggers for daily practicality and a polished finish
- Softer, more flattering lighting enhancing the overall ambiance
- New flooring and fresh paint completing the full transformation
