Owner Frank Arzani guides our crew with 35 years of construction expertise and a love for the craft. After a successful engineering career in Mexico City, Frank relocated his family to the U.S. to provide his children a brighter future, eventually acquiring this branch from the Resslers to uphold its prestigious local legacy. Frank is supported by a dedicated team—including his wife Nazlhy, Construction Leads Hector, Wayne, and Deangelo, and Office Manager Terry—who together help the franchise thrive. We understand home renovations can feel daunting, so we prioritize open communication and an organized system to make the entire transformation an enjoyable experience.

Meet with a DreamMaker designer in our Design Center to share your vision and inspiration. Next, we’ll schedule your home survey and design review.
We’ll visit your home to measure, photograph, and review any structural or system needs, ensuring your plan and estimate are precise. Then, we’ll schedule your design review.
We’ll go over your custom designs and finalize a plan that reflects your vision. Along with the designs, you’ll get detailed proposals so you can see the costs and make informed choices.
The contract lays out your project scope, start date, timeline, and all necessary documents, so everyone is on the same page. We’re committed to delivering exactly what we promise.
Once your plans and agreements are set, your Project Manager will meet with you to go over the project scope, timeline, and construction process—making sure all details are clear before work begins.
Your Project Manager oversees the remodel, keeping everything on track and answering any questions along the way.
