For owner Michael, this business is the result of a lifelong passion for the building trades. His journey began in high school, where he spent his days building homes on school property and his weekends working in a lumber yard. After living everywhere from Maine to Alaska, Michael found his niche in Colorado Springs: taking spaces that homeowners no longer enjoy and converting them into their dream environments.
Michael has worked tirelessly to build a company defined by professionalism and superior workmanship. When he isn’t managing local renovations, he embraces the Colorado lifestyle with his family through camping, hiking, and rock climbing. We’ll visit your home to measure, photograph, and review any structural or system needs, ensuring your plan and estimate are precise. Then, we’ll schedule your design review.
We’ll go over your custom designs and finalize a plan that reflects your vision. Along with the designs, you’ll get detailed proposals so you can see the costs and make informed choices.
The contract lays out your project scope, start date, timeline, and all necessary documents, so everyone is on the same page. We’re committed to delivering exactly what we promise.
Once your plans and agreements are set, your Project Manager will meet with you to go over the project scope, timeline, and construction process—making sure all details are clear before work begins.
Your Project Manager oversees the remodel, keeping everything on track and answering any questions along the way.
