About The Neighborhood
China Spring is one of Central Texas’s most sought-after small communities — a peaceful, family-friendly town with spacious properties, scenic landscapes, and a relaxed country pace that belies its proximity to Waco’s bustling economic hub.
The Challenge
What Wasn’t Working
- Carpet throughout the bedrooms and living room that had aged past its useful life
- A flooring profile that lacked cohesion and a modern, updated feel
- Molding that did not match the trim - creating a visually unfinished look
Like many homes in Cave Springs, the master bath retained its original footprint — creating real functional limitations for a busy household and making what should be a personal retreat feel like an afterthought.
“The Daltile LVT throughout the bedrooms and living room transformed how the home feels. The painted molding was the finishing touch that tied it all together.”

Built Around Durability and a Polished Finish.
To solve the bathroom’s layout and style challenges, DreamMaker redesigned the master bath with improved flow, custom storage, natural light, and a clean modern finish. Removing the unused Jacuzzi unlocked the footprint entirely, custom cabinetry made every inch purposeful, and thoughtful material choices brought the spa-like atmosphere the homeowners had always wanted.
Key Improvements included:
- All carpet removed from bedrooms and living room throughout the home
- Daltile Luxury Vinyl Tile installed throughout for a fresh, durable, and updated look
- Molding painted to seamlessly match the trim for a clean and cohesive finish
