Owner Johnny leads our team with a deep technical background in product design and manufacturing development, bringing years of problem-solving expertise to every job. After launching his franchise in 2016, Johnny dedicated his career to helping neighbors transform their houses into forever homes by utilizing refined systems and curated products. We understand that home construction can feel daunting, so we prioritize clear communication and a professional structure to remove the stress and ensure you actually enjoy the transformation.

Meet with a DreamMaker designer in our Design Center to share your vision and inspiration. Next, we’ll schedule your home survey and design review.
We’ll visit your home to measure, photograph, and review any structural or system needs, ensuring your plan and estimate are precise. Then, we’ll schedule your design review.
We’ll go over your custom designs and finalize a plan that reflects your vision. Along with the designs, you’ll get detailed proposals so you can see the costs and make informed choices.
The contract lays out your project scope, start date, timeline, and all necessary documents, so everyone is on the same page. We’re committed to delivering exactly what we promise.
Once your plans and agreements are set, your Project Manager will meet with you to go over the project scope, timeline, and construction process—making sure all details are clear before work begins.
Your Project Manager oversees the remodel, keeping everything on track and answering any questions along the way.
