About The Neighborhood
Whitney is one of Central Texas’s most sought-after lakeside communities — a quiet, family-friendly town with historic charm, scenic neighborhoods, and an easy pace that belies its proximity to the bustling Fort Worth and Waco corridors.
The Challenge
What Wasn’t Working
- A dated jacuzzi and surrounding tile that had aged past the look the homeowners wanted
- Flooring that needed replacing to match the refreshed aesthetic
- A toilet and fixtures in need of updating
Like many homes in Cave Springs, the master bath retained its original footprint — creating real functional limitations for a busy household and making what should be a personal retreat feel like an afterthought.
BEFORE:
“Proving that even a few well-chosen changes can make a big impact, this classic refresh brought new life to our bathroom. We love the updated look.”

Built Around the Right Changes in the Right Places.
To solve the bathroom’s layout and style challenges, DreamMaker redesigned the master bath with improved flow, custom storage, natural light, and a clean modern finish. Removing the unused Jacuzzi unlocked the footprint entirely, custom cabinetry made every inch purposeful, and thoughtful material choices brought the spa-like atmosphere the homeowners had always wanted.
Key Improvements included:
- Jacuzzi and surrounding tile replaced with the Onyx Collection Panel System
- New SPC Luxury Flooring installed throughout
- Toilet upgraded for a modern, clean finish
- Moen fixtures completing the refreshed look throughout
