Project Overview
Builder Grade Was Never Going to Cut It.
This Carolina Beach home had the kind of kitchen that comes standard – basic tile flooring that clashed with the rest of the house, a sink tucked in the corner where it didn’t belong, a multi-tiered countertop that made the space feel chopped up, and cabinetry with no personality. The homeowners were ready for something better. DreamMaker delivered a bright, airy kitchen with glass-front lit cabinets and a stunning white backsplash that makes the whole space feel like it was designed rather than installed.

About The Neighborhood
Cave Springs is one of Northwest Arkansas’s most sought-after small communities — a quiet, family-friendly city with newer housing, tree-lined neighborhoods, and an easy pace that belies its proximity to Bentonville’s booming business corridor.
The Challenge
What Wasn’t Working
- Old tile flooring breaking the visual flow between the kitchen and the rest of the home
- A sink tucked awkwardly in the corner rather than at the functional center of the breakfast bar
- A multi-tiered countertop making the space feel fragmented and visually heavy
- Builder-grade cabinetry with no glass, no lighting, and no character
- A kitchen that felt standard rather than designed
Like many homes in Cave Springs, the master bath retained its original footprint — creating real functional limitations for a busy household and making what should be a personal retreat feel like an afterthought.
BEFORE:
“The kitchen truly shines now. The glass-front lit cabinets, the white backsplash, the relocated sink – every change made a real difference and together they created something we are genuinely proud of.”
