These Tyler homeowners wanted a brighter, more open, better-functioning kitchen. DreamMaker took out everything down to the walls and then took down the wall between the kitchen and family room to create a true open concept. The additional space made room for a 7-foot island, a dedicated pantry, and a utility cabinet – none of which had existed before. Beautiful white cabinetry, granite countertops, a subway tile backsplash, and elegant lighting over the island, sink, and dining area completed a kitchen defined by warmth and elegance.

The Solution

Built Around the Space That Opening the Wall Made Possible.

To solve the bathroom’s layout and style challenges, DreamMaker redesigned the master bath with improved flow, custom storage, natural light, and a clean modern finish. Removing the unused Jacuzzi unlocked the footprint entirely, custom cabinetry made every inch purposeful, and thoughtful material choices brought the spa-like atmosphere the homeowners had always wanted.
