This Tyler client wanted an open concept kitchen with real, functional storage space. The original peninsula was limiting both – DreamMaker removed it and replaced it with an island that gave better space utilisation throughout. A new super pantry dramatically increased storage capacity. New cabinets, a beautiful backsplash, and fresh paint on the walls and ceiling set the scene. Layered lighting finished the job: can lights and pendants over the island and sink, plus under-counter lights for softer ambiance.

To solve the bathroom’s layout and style challenges, DreamMaker redesigned the master bath with improved flow, custom storage, natural light, and a clean modern finish. Removing the unused Jacuzzi unlocked the footprint entirely, custom cabinetry made every inch purposeful, and thoughtful material choices brought the spa-like atmosphere the homeowners had always wanted.
