Since 2017, DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Tyler has served Smith County with a mission of honesty and excellence. Owner Roger Williams leads our team, trading a 30-year career in the oil industry to pursue his lifelong calling in woodworking and cabinetry. Alongside his wife, Linda, and their three sons (all Texas teachers and coaches), Roger transitioned his technical building skills and professional background into a local business dedicated to modernizing the homes our neighbors cherish. We understand that renovations can feel daunting, so we prioritize open dialogue and a structured workflow to ensure you enjoy the transformation process from start to finish.
Our methodology merges expert design with master-level construction to create a seamless experience for every homeowner. We offer a simplified path where you can visualize your completed layout before work begins, ensuring the final result matches your dream perfectly. Roger’s unique ability to translate a client’s wish into a tangible plan ensures that how we treat people is just as important as the quality of our craftsmanship. It has always been a dream of mine to have my own business doing woodworking and building cabinets or remodeling kitchens. This is my God given talent.
I was in the oil industries for over 30 years and enjoyed what I did to be able to provide for my family. My wife, Linda, and I have been married for 37 and have 3 grown boys. All of our boys are teachers and coaches in Texas.
In 2017 we decided to move to Tyler to pursue my dream of owning my own business. We bought a franchise, DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen and opened our doors for business in October 2017. My background of building cabinets, furniture and remodeling on the side for all my adult life and sales in the oil industry have helped me tremendously in running DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen. I love serving and helping others make their dreams come true by updating their homes. God has blessed me with the ability to see what others want and be able to put it down on paper so they can see what their project will look like.
Office Manager
Linda’s story is rooted in something simple, yet deeply powerful: a calling to serve others.
She grew up believing her life would center around family—and in many ways, it has. For more than 44 years, Linda has built a life with her husband Roger, raising three sons and now cherishing her role as “MawMaw” to three granddaughters who continue to be the heart of her world. But what makes Linda’s journey so compelling is how that foundation of love and care naturally expanded into a life of service beyond her home.
For over two decades, Linda poured into families as a Preschool Minister in Kingwood, Texas—guiding, supporting, and nurturing the next generation. That season of ministry shaped her approach to everything that followed: lead with empathy, listen closely, and serve wholeheartedly.
In 2017, Linda and Roger stepped into a new chapter in Tyler, Texas—one that blended their passions in an unexpected way. Through DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, they found an opportunity to continue serving their community, just in a different setting. For Roger, it meant working with his hands and bringing craftsmanship to life. For Linda, it meant stepping into the Design Center and doing what she does best—connecting with people.
Today, Linda is often the first voice clients hear and the one guiding them through the early stages of their remodeling journey. She has a gift for helping homeowners articulate their vision, asking the right questions, and turning ideas into something tangible. One of her greatest joys is watching a client’s face light up as their dream kitchen or space begins to take shape on the screen—because for Linda, it’s never just about design. It’s about helping people create spaces where life happens.
At every stage of her life, whether in ministry, motherhood, or business, Linda has stayed true to her purpose: serving others with warmth, intention, and heart.
Sales
Nick joined the DreamMaker Team in 2020 and leads the sales and design process. Nick enjoys helping people see their dreams come to life in their homes. We are blessed to have Nick on our team. Nick is married to his wife Deanna, since 2017 and they have two pups, Emory & Tucker. Nick’s hobbies include golf and helping kids with private lessons in Lacrosse.
Lead Carpenter
Mike brings extensive experience (30+ years) in the area of carpentry, specifically installing cabinets and tile work. Our customers trust him, compliment his work and think he’s part of our family. We are so fortunate to have him on our team!
Mike recently won Lead Carpenter of the Year (2022) for the entire DreamMaker network! Way to go, Mike!

Meet with a DreamMaker designer in our Design Center to share your vision and inspiration. Next, we’ll schedule your home survey and design review.
We’ll visit your home to measure, photograph, and review any structural or system needs, ensuring your plan and estimate are precise. Then, we’ll schedule your design review.
We’ll go over your custom designs and finalize a plan that reflects your vision. Along with the designs, you’ll get detailed proposals so you can see the costs and make informed choices.
The contract lays out your project scope, start date, timeline, and all necessary documents, so everyone is on the same page. We’re committed to delivering exactly what we promise.
Once your plans and agreements are set, your Project Manager will meet with you to go over the project scope, timeline, and construction process—making sure all details are clear before work begins.
Your Project Manager oversees the remodel, keeping everything on track and answering any questions along the way.
