- Work with the Production Manager and Sales and Administration Departments to understand and follow the operational systems to effectively execute the production process of each remodeling project.
- Work with other field crew members (co-workers and subs) as directed by the Production Manager to complete production.
- Communicate effectively as needed with the Production Manager regarding production status.
- Maintain field equipment and practice safety procedures as directed by Production Manager.
