- Record and respond to and follow up on all inquiries from prospective clients
- Utilize the DreamMaker 7- Step Selling System
- Qualify prospective clients
- Attend all client meetings
- Complete the project estimates using our systems
- Use computer software and/or hand sketches to prepare creative project designs
- Design clear and detailed scope of work for clients and staff using our systems
- Assist the clients in all product selection in our Design Center showroom
- Prepare and complete all contract documents using our systems
- Follow up with project during construction as needed
- Complete the final walk-through with clients after project to present warranty packet and ask for referrals
- Set and achieve the annual sales target at margin
