Position	Lead Carpenter
Salary	$25 - $35 per hour commensurate with experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities	This position will collaborate with all departments in a team spirit with the primary goal of fulfilling our company mission in accordance with our Code of Values. Position Overview: Work with the Production Manager and Sales and Administration Departments to understand and follow the operational systems to effectively execute the production process of each remodeling project. Work with other field crew members (co-workers and subs) as directed by the Production Manager to complete production. Communicate effectively as needed with the Production Manager regarding production status. Maintain field equipment and practice safety procedures as directed by Production Manager.
Education and Experience	Minimum: high school degree Several years work experience in the construction field Experience at working with trade partners (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, countertops, drywall, tile, and flooring) Basic computer skills in MS Office applications
