Townhouse Master Bath Transformation

Our clients had been planning to remodel their master bathroom for several years. The three small rooms are now one open space, with a new raised vanity providing efficient storage space, the former tub converted to a large shower, and the space-wasting linen closet swapped out with an efficient linen cabinet.

After planning this remodel for several years, our clients determined we were a good fit to help them achieve their goals for their project. To accomplish their objectives, we removed two walls and two doors so the former vanity area, tub/toilet room, and linen closet are one larger space. We designed and installed a new raised frameless vanity with more usable storage space. We converted the former tub into a large shower with solid surface shower pan and wall panels to provide the look of porcelain tiles without the maintenance, and an accessible shaving foot rest. And we swapped out the awkward linen closet for an efficient linen cabinet complete with clothes hamper. Due to townhome restrictions and cost savings, all was planned minimizing the moving of plumbing locations. Our clients purchased their wallpaper two years ago and we designed a palette of warm neutral materials as a background for the delightfully patterned and colorful paper.
