Dennis & Christina Aguiar
Owner Operators
As local owners in the Rhode Island area, Christina and Dennis have a long history in the remodeling business. Together they made the decision to purchase DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen to deliver their passion for remodeling to homeowners in the community.
Christina and Dennis are raising their two sons, Jaxson and Christian, in Rehoboth, MA but spend most of their time in East Providence where they own rental properties.

Dennis Aguiar
Owner
Born and raised in East Providence, Rhode Island, Dennis Aguiar was born with a passion for remodeling and renovation projects. In early 2015, Dennis and his wife Christina purchased their first rental property and remodeled each of the apartments prior to renting them out. They have since fallen in love with property management and have purchased other income properties to renovate and rent out. The couple truly enjoys seeing the before and after of their remodeling projects and the experience has inspired Dennis and Christina to share his expertise in renovation with others.
In 2021, Dennis and Christina decided to expand their business portfolio and open DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Southern Rhode Island. Dennis is a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) and is delighted to be able to deliver joy and excitement to customers by transforming and creating a space that they’ve always dreamed of.
Dennis and Christina moved to Rehoboth, MA four years ago with their two boys, Jaxson and Christian. Dennis is an active member of his community and coaches his sons’ hockey and baseball teams. When Dennis isn’t busy running his two businesses or various rental properties, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching sporting events, and camping.

Christina Aguiar
Owner & Office Manager
Christina is originally from East Providence, Rhode Island and grew up only a street away from her husband, Dennis. With her excellent skills in property management and passion for customer service, Christina has found great success in flipping income properties and transforming them into stunning rental spaces. Christina is exceptionally customer-focused and is passionate about consistently delivering high-quality craftsmanship while going above and beyond client expectations.
In 2021, Christina teamed up with her husband, Dennis, to open DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Southern Rhode Island. Christina is a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) and is thrilled to continue bringing customer’s remodeling dreams to life.
Christina and Dennis are raising their two sons, Jaxson and Christian, in Rehoboth, MA but spend most of their time in East Providence where they own and operate their other business, Global Smart Home Inc., and manage their various rental properties. In Christina’s spare time you can find her spending quality time with her family, coaching her son’s baseball team, enjoying the outdoors, or traveling in their RV which she hopes to one day take on a road trip to all 50 states.
