The space featured a narrow layout with low ceilings and outdated cabinetry, which limited both storage and movement due to an inefficient workflow. The bar area was underutilized, offering little functionality. Additionally, structural issues, such as uneven flooring and a shallow crawl space, further compromised the room's usability.  

The Kitchen Reimagined

The renovation opened up the space with recessed and pendant lighting, replacing the old window to brighten every corner. A bold navy-blue island with sleek lines and ample seating anchors the room, adding striking contrast against crisp white cabinetry. The expanded counters and reconfigured appliances create an effortless flow, while new vinyl plank flooring seamlessly connects the kitchen, family room, and bedroom, all overlooking breathtaking lake views.
