Feeling Blue

We remodeled this client’s entire home, and this bold new kitchen is truly stunning! We removed the dividing wall between the dining area and the kitchen in order to open up the space and increase the exposure to natural light. With the wall gone, we were able to design the kitchen around an oversized island offering plenty of storage and adequate seating to replace their previous breakfast nook area. We also removed the soffits to accommodate taller Showplace cabinets with a classic crown molding. The cabinet finish is based on the client’s fondness for the color navy, and the white hood, backsplash, and Cambria countertops lighten up the room. The metallic gold accents tie it all together for a fun, fresh, and elegant look. We transformed the old breakfast nook into a wet bar/coffee area and maximized cabinet storage space, and the window was taken out and replaced with a pass through countertop that increases the natural light in the kitchen. The resulting room is an elegant, gorgeous, and lively masterpiece!
