Owner Mark Mazza launched this journey as a modest home-based business, originally focusing on helping his neighbors with small projects right here in the community. As the demand for high-quality residential work grew, Mark integrated the advanced resources of the DreamMaker franchise while moving away from commercial contracts to focus entirely on local homeowners.
In 2003, his son Matthew Mazza joined the team, ensuring that this local legacy remains in the family for the next generation. Whether we are working on a bathroom remodeling project in Arlington Heights or a kitchen update in Palatine, our team treats every client like a member of our own family. Meet with a DreamMaker designer in our Design Center to share your vision and inspiration. Next, we’ll schedule your home survey and design review.
We’ll visit your home to measure, photograph, and review any structural or system needs, ensuring your plan and estimate are precise. Then, we’ll schedule your design review.
We’ll go over your custom designs and finalize a plan that reflects your vision. Along with the designs, you’ll get detailed proposals so you can see the costs and make informed choices.
The contract lays out your project scope, start date, timeline, and all necessary documents, so everyone is on the same page. We’re committed to delivering exactly what we promise.
Once your plans and agreements are set, your Project Manager will meet with you to go over the project scope, timeline, and construction process—making sure all details are clear before work begins.
Your Project Manager oversees the remodel, keeping everything on track and answering any questions along the way.
