Mark Gonda
Mark has been in the construction industry for 43 years, getting his start in the custom home market in Reno, Nevada, where he grew up. He spent many years framing and doing finish carpentry as a General Contractor. In 2011 he received the Builder’s Association of Northern Nevada Best Remodel and Best Finish Work awards for the work done on the famed “Holly House” on Skyline Blvd.
Remodeling is his favorite thing in the industry to do now, residential or commercial, using his skills honed over the years on the job and from his Construction Management degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
Before opening DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, Mark spent his time constructing high-end custom homes in the exclusive Martis Camp and Schaffer’s Mill developments in Truckee, CA. Here he gained a deep appreciation for the need for attention to detail and the utmost quality that should be in every aspect of the building process.
When not working, Mark loves the outdoors. In the winter you can find him Telemark skiing and in the warmer seasons he will be found road cycling, mountain biking, camping or riding his Indian Motorcycle. Anything that involves spending time with his wife, Susy, of 44 years, his 9 children and 24 grandchildren always brightens his day.

Jeremy Colvin
Jeremy is from Southern California and grew up in Las Vegas. He moved to Reno to attend UNR (Go Pack!) but found that traditional college did not fill his need for creativity and artistic expression. Jeremy gained experience in media production, marketing, and interior design while working for his aunt, a successful Interior Designer in Phoenix. With his love for creativity and food/beverage, he decided to apply to the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, where he exceled in all his classes until the pandemic hit in March. Unable to attend culinary school “in person”, Jeremy decided to further his experience in interior design and in March 2020 he came on board with DreamMaker as a Design/Production Assistant. Jeremy is very proud of his growing portfolio which includes projects in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and northern Nevada.
Jeremy loves to be creative and experience new things. He enjoys being outdoors and can be found camping or snowboarding whenever possible. Lynette Gatica
Lynette was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. As a kid, she would watch a lot of Home Renovation TV shows. She knew then that Design was what she wanted to do. The before and after transformations of Interior and Landscape Design fascinated her. What she loved most about Design was that there was room for lots of creativity. Growing up, she would tag along to help her dad install tile. She would help prep materials, clean, and hand her dad any tools he needed. The end result of all their hard work always felt rewarding.
Lynette is currently attending Penn Foster College to pursue a degree is Interior Design. She is excited to be a part of the Dreammaker Family. She is always ready to learn something new and take on a new challenge!
When not at work, Lynette enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her golden retriever puppy Oakley. Some of her hobbies are hiking, working out, shopping, and reading.
Todd Breazile
Todd Breazile (pronounced “Brazil”) is originally from Hillsboro, Oregon. Ever since he was a kid, he enjoyed seeing buildings and houses constructed. When Todd was 18 years old, he got a job in construction and knew right away that was what he wanted to do for the rest of his career. Years later he moved to North Dakota and continued working in the construction industry. While in North Dakota, Todd built a mall and also a retirement home, which he really enjoyed. After 19 years, Todd eventually moved back to Oregon and then to Reno, but has stayed in the industry for over 30 years.
Todd is very creative and builds things from his own designs. He likes to challenge himself and see what he’s capable of doing…the sky is the limit! Todd enjoys all the various aspects of remodeling, but especially framing. He takes pride in his hard work and enjoys seeing the satisfaction on his clients’ faces.
When he is not at work, Todd likes hanging out with friends and family. Some of his hobbies are shooting, camping, fishing, and going to rock concerts, but also likes a nice quiet place to relax now and then. Todd has 5 children and 3 grandchildren.
Recently, Todd has moved into our Production Manager role. He is your point of contact for anything related to the remodel of your home.
We are very happy to have Todd join the DreamMaker team and he looks forward to making your remodeling dreams come true!
Shaun Hanson
Shaun was born in Huntington Beach, California. His father is a custom home builder, and Shaun started working with him at the age of 19. After 20 years of building homes from the ground up and doing remodeling projects here and there, Shaun felt that it was time to break away from the nest and venture out on his own. He felt this would allow him to focus more on the trades he has always enjoyed doing more, like the interior trim tile and cabinets that you find in kitchen and bathroom remodels.
As fate would have it, DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen was looking for a new lead carpenter just when Shaun was looking for a new career. In Shaun’s words, “From day one, I felt connected to the team at DreamMaker…like they were family. At DreamMaker, we strive to enhance lives and I feel that my own is enhanced at the same time. I feel blessed to have found a job doing what I love and have been doing my entire life. From building skateboards and ramps as a kid, to building the baths and kitchens in homes today, this work is my joy.”
When Shaun is not helping build dreams, he enjoys making home decorative art work and spending time with his wife and two children.
Steve Matheny
Steve was born in Pasadena, CA, where he spent his childhood then moved to Carson City for his teen years. Steve always knew he would do something in construction because he loved to wander into construction sites and look at everything that was being built and how it was being built. He started working with his dad and brother in his early teens helping with whatever he could.
Steve moved to Florida to finish high school where he remained for the past 27 years. He began working in construction with retirement communities turning their dream retirement homes on paper into reality. Steve felt pure satisfaction seeing the look on his clients’ faces when their project was done.
Steve reunited with a high school sweetheart from the Reno area, decided to come back to Reno for a visit and see the area again, and he fell in love with both! About a year and a half ago, he pulled the trigger and moved back Reno. He loves to be outside up in the mountains as much as possible camping and hiking around. Steve’s goal is to retire to a cabin in the mountains and pine trees.
Steve takes pride in what he does and has a high bar for quality work. After searching and reading about different companies, Steve stumbled upon DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen of Reno. He read about the company, the work, and the philosophy and he knew this is where he wanted to work. In Steve’s words, “Shawn, Dawn, Mark, Brian, and the whole team have made me feel very welcomed, like a family member. I have not regretted making my move. I feel like part of the team and enjoy working in the field with all of them. I am always willing to learn and improve and everyone here has been helpful in showing me the ropes here at DreamMaker.”
Josh Pellerin
Cody Bryan
Joseph “Cody” Bryan grew up in the California Bay Area. At 19, he relocated to Placerville where he went to work with a friend who was making cabinets and replacing countertops in the area. In 2012, Cody had the opportunity to move to the Central Coast of California and started working on full kitchen and bathroom remodels. As his experience grew, he moved into a position managing projects and doing marble fabrication.
Cody and his wife, Tiffany, recently decided it was time to make a change and Cody found our ad for a new Lead Carpenter on Indeed. He was excited to get back into the “remodeling hands-on” mode and doing all aspects of remodeling, so they packed up their bags and moved to Reno…and we are so lucky they did! Cody is an excellent carpenter and loves working with our clients to make their remodeling dreams come true!
Cody has 2 kids – a boy and girl – and he and Tiffany love going out to dinner, going out on the town, hanging out at home or at the beach (maybe it will have to be the Lake Tahoe beach now?)
We are very excited that Cody decided to take a leap of faith and move from the beach to Reno and work with us at DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen.
Bodie the Golden Retriever
Bodie is our Mascot and “Greeter-In-Chief”. You can find him at the Design Center waiting to see if you brought any snacks with you. Or occasionally he might go to a home visit with his Dad.
Bodie says, “Be sure to give me lots of pets or maybe stop by and throw the ball with me”.
Bailey the Golden Retriever
Bailey is Bodie’s “niece” and she is already two! She is so sweet and loves to snuggle up for “scritches” and kisses. She will never turn away a treat or snack, with the exception of a bird or squirrel in the area – she is a true hunter! Bailey is learning how to be an awesome Greeter like her uncle Bodie, so be patient if she gets a little excited at times.
Oakley the Golden Retriever
Oakley is our sweet, sweet Boi. He is mostly “home-schooled” these days, but will occasionally visit and practice his “Greeter-In-Chief” skills like his cousin Bodie. Oakley loves people and pets. He loves to play with Bailey (and Bodie) and run around outside. He is also learning that the UPS Brown Guy often brings treats.
Oakley says, “I am a good Boi and if you are having a bad day, I will give you love.”
Cosmo (Kramer) Ross
Meet Cosmo, our handsome and friendly Golden Retriever in Training! As a rescue dog and the newest member of the DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen team, Cosmo is already adored by everyone he meets—especially his loving family, including three kiddos who he absolutely treasures. While he’s still figuring out how he feels about delivery drivers (with a little help from his bark collar), Cosmo is all smiles and wagging tails for everyone else. He’s thrilled to be on board with the DreamMaker team and is determined to live up to the high standards set by his Golden mentors! 🐾
