El Marie's Masterpiece: 2023 DREAM AWARD WINNER

The homeowner had a dark, outdated bathroom, and was ready for some improvements. There was a desire for more light, a larger bathing area, and more storage. The bathroom had difficult angles, felt closed in, and was in desperate need of a refresh. The homeowner wanted a bright, elegant space with a modern twist, so we gave her just that!

• We ripped down the walls, removed the old cabinets, and replaced everything for easier functionality and a fresher look.
• We added new cabinets and created extra storage in the water closet.
• We used a massive crane to place the tub into the upper story of the house. El-Marie stated that because of this amazing sight, her home was the talk of the neighborhood!
• We designed a custom plumbing system so that the tub would fill from the ceiling! Can you say WOW factor?
• We kept the existing flooring because it was a whole-home hydronically heated system, so we had to design around that.
• We added a window for additional lighting, a hydronic heated towel warmer, and custom sinks created by our lead designer, Jeremy Colvin.
• We used a calm color palette throughout the space to bring peace and serenity, with a touch of dark accents and clean lines that give off a sleek, modern feel.

The final product turned out to be stunning and exquisite to say the least.  Our team satisfied the wants and needs of the homeowner, and she is extremely happy with her show-stopping Master Bath.
