Key Elements of Contemporary Design

- Clean lines. Contemporary design has simple elements — the less ornate, the better because it places emphasis on form. - Stainless steel appliances. A contemporary kitchen wouldn’t be complete without a full complement of stainless steel appliances. Additionally, stainless steel surfaces are easy to clean and do not degrade over time.
