- High school diploma OR equivalent
- 2+ years of cabinet installation experience
- Several years of experience in the construction industry
- Advanced carpentry skills, including framing and finish carpentry
- Experience with managing a team
- Experience working with other skilled trade partners
- Knowledgeable about residential codes
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and the ability to drive with a trailer
