Kitchen - Cave Springs

DreamMaker Designer - "The flow and work space didn't work for the active family. With the new island, it became a hub for homework, eating, conversations but also a bridge between the kitchen, den and outside porch."

The client’s space was outdated and didn’t function well for their family. Through collaborative discussions with the client to understand their needs and style, the kitchen layout was changed to better allow for cooking and/or entertaining.  The cabinets were replaced with KCD cabinetry including glassed and lighted uppers and under cabinet lighting.  The work triangle was changed with the relocation of the refrigerator and maximize use of available storage space.  The peninsula was replaced with an island that included additional storage and a space for homework and entertainment.  Flooring…….   As a nice touch, a custom dog water/food bowl shelf and a vegetable bin made.
