Project Summary
When our client decided it was time to give her 60+ year-old Fayetteville home a complete overhaul, she turned to DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen and entrusted designer Mary Baxter to lead the charge. The goal was clear: deliver a full-home remodel that married functionality with glamorous modern design—all while honoring the homeowner’s busy lifestyle with an end-to-end service approach.
With a scope that spanned the kitchen, guest bath, primary bath, laundry space, and full-flooring and trim replacement, this project demanded not only a strong aesthetic vision but also deep technical expertise in plumbing, electrical, and spatial reconfiguration.
Project Story
Mary Baxter and her team approached the project with a "back to the studs" mentality. Everything was removed: original cabinetry, outdated tub/shower combos, galvanized plumbing, and legacy electrical wiring—all replaced or upgraded to meet modern code standards.

- Cabinetry: Custom High Gloss Ultra White perimeter cabinets paired with a Hale Navy painted island

- Sink: Ruvati stainless steel undermount
- Design Accents: Custom hood in Hale Navy with silver strapping, zebra blinds, custom curtains, and a new doggy door—tailored to both human and canine residents

- Tub/Shower: Freestanding tub with shower capability
- Ceiling Wallpaper: Navy blue and champagne modern pattern—adds bold character in a petite space

Primary Bathroom
- Shower: Custom-tiled, open-concept shower with bench and built-in glass shelving; no door needed due to tub depth—only a modern panel of custom glass
- Cabinetry: Same luxe High Gloss Mercury with silver edgebanding as guest bath
- Tech Features: Exhaust vents equipped with Bluetooth speakers for a personalized audio experience
- Storage: Inset medicine cabinet to boost storage in compact spaces
Laundry Reconfiguration
- Previously tucked inside a kitchen closet with dated bifold louvered doors, Mary transformed this area with:
- Stacked washer & dryer for improved vertical space usage
- Modern bifold barn door—adding both style and ease of access
- Custom shelving for dog supplies and laundry essentials
