Whether you’re planning a kitchen, bathroom, or full home renovation, these short videos are designed to guide you through the process. Hear directly from our team as we break down design choices, materials, and layouts, sharing real-world insights from actual projects.
We believe success begins with a clear, collaborative process. Our step-by-step approach ensures all projects run smoothly—from consultation to completion—turning ideas into beautifully crafted spaces.
First Consultation
This takes place at our Design Center for about 1 hour. We’ll ask a lot of questions to learn about you and your needs for the new space, referring to photos you’ve sent us in advance. This is a very interactive conversation that helps us create a scope of work, which we use to create your customized proposal.
Proposal Presentation
Our second meeting is less than 30 minutes. We’ll share initial design ideas and a corresponding budget range. If we’ve hit the mark and you’re ready to retain us, we can move to the next step right away. If we need to make scope or budget changes, we’ll do so before moving forward. This ensures we all have the same expectations—hence, no surprises! Retainers are $1000 for kitchens and $500 for bathrooms.
Home Survey
Our designer will come to your home, take detailed measurements and photos, and look for any structural, plumbing or electrical issues that could pose challenges. We may ask our expert trade partners to join us, depending on the nature of the project.
Selections
Meet us at our Design Center for 2-3 meetings over 3 weeks. We’ll provide a clear agenda in advance. Our designer will be ready with a short list of options for each item— all fitting your style and budget, many right here so you can see the products in person. We take notes as you finalize each decision and send a recap after each meeting.
Contract
After you’ve made your selections, we’ll prepare and present your contract, including start date, expected duration, any necessary drawings or documents, and payment schedule. This gives us and you a clear understanding of expectations before any materials are ordered or any work begins. Your initial payment of 50% is due at contract signing.
The Fun Begins!
This is when your project comes to life, and we deliver! A few weeks before production starts, our team will reach out with updates and provide a more detailed daily schedule. Our Project Manager will also contact you and meet you onsite; they will be your main contact throughout this phase, communicating daily work schedules, coordinating across multiple trades partners, and ensuring that the final product is all you envisioned it to be.
