Owners Scott and Haley Collins bring decades of construction experience and interior design expertise to every remodeling project. A North Carolina native, Scott grew up in a family of builders and spent more than 20 years in the construction industry, developing extensive knowledge of residential construction, project management, and business leadership. Haley discovered her passion for interior design at an early age and refined her skills through studies at Appalachian State University and the Art Institute of Dallas, creating personalized spaces that reflect each homeowner’s lifestyle.
Together, Scott and Haley founded a real estate development company in 2019 before realizing their true passion was helping families transform the homes they already love. That journey led to the creation of C4 Construction Group and ultimately DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Lake Norman, where they deliver custom home remodeling solutions backed by elevated design, superior craftsmanship, and a seamless design-build remodeling process.

From your first idea to the final reveal, our design-build process ensures a smooth, stress-free remodel. We listen, plan, and execute with precision—delivering spaces that reflect your style, needs, and lifestyle.
Meet with a DreamMaker designer in our Design Center to share your vision and inspiration. Next, we’ll schedule your home survey and design review.
We’ll visit your home to measure, photograph, and review any structural or system needs, ensuring your plan and estimate are precise. Then, we’ll schedule your design review.
We’ll go over your custom designs and finalize a plan that reflects your vision. Along with the designs, you’ll get detailed proposals so you can see the costs and make informed choices.
The contract lays out your project scope, start date, timeline, and all necessary documents, so everyone is on the same page. We’re committed to delivering exactly what we promise.
Once your plans and agreements are set, your Project Manager will meet with you to go over the project scope, timeline, and construction process—making sure all details are clear before work begins.
Your Project Manager oversees the remodel, keeping everything on track and answering any questions along the way.
