Lead Generation Specialist

Salary: This position offers a base salary for financial stability, but the real earning potential comes through commissions on leads converted into projects. We’re seeking a proactive, driven Lead Generation Specialist to source and qualify high-quality leads in upscale markets. This is not a passive role – we’re looking for someone who will take the initiative to establish and nurture connections with homeowners’ associations (HOAs), gated communities, architects, real estate agents, local chambers of commerce, and business networking groups. The goal is to generate warm, high-potential leads, which our team can then convert into successful projects.

Actively network within high-end communities, clubs, and associations to introduce our remodeling services.
Organize and promote educational seminars or free informational sessions on remodeling for gated communities and HOA clubs.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, real estate agents, and industry influencers.
Represent our company at chamber of commerce meetings, BNI groups, and other networking events.
Collaborate closely with the sales team by identifying and passing along qualified leads for follow-up.
