"Found DreamMaker on Facebook. Had renovation fatigue from several ridiculous contractor estimates. My first thought, was to keep scrolling, as contractors are a dime a dozen on FB.. Researched YouTube, DreamMaker online reviews, contacted Neil who arranged an appointment at their Hollywood Showroom. Antonio was a delight and brings a wealth of expertise to the project. . He met us at our villa condo to discuss our expectations. The entire renovation project was flawless. There was no push to sign a contract. Antonio works within your personal budget, referring us to his preferred vendors for porcelain tile, quartzite, appliances, etc. We were pleasantly impressed how the entire pre-renovation process was. Carlos the project manager was stellar in his role assuring everything went smoothly and according to design plans. "We would like to share our experience about a major renovation project that recently got completed at our home at Imperial Point neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale. The scope of this project was removing wood manufactured floors and replacing them with ceramic tiles, changing the kitchen/dining room layout, including breaking/installing new walls, and completely redoing the entire kitchen. The project was done in FOUR month, right on schedule, and to our great satisfaction to the last detail. Antonio Almada, our project manager, and his team made sure of that. All appointments were made and kept on time, every stage, from demolition to final product, went as scheduled. The line of communication was always open, and all the changes/concerns were addressed promptly. We had all of our kitchen cabinets custom build, including appliances cabinets. All the measurements were correct, without any need for additional "fillers/cutouts". Overall, from planing, designing, demolishing to recreating it was a very smooth and satisfying experience.
