About The Neighborhood
Greer is one of the Upstate’s most sought-after communities — a vibrant, family-friendly city with beautiful homes, tree-lined neighborhoods, and an easy pace that belies its proximity to Greenville and Spartanburg’s booming business corridors.
The Challenge
What Was Not Working
- Vanities at a lower height than desired, making the room feel undersized for its footprint
- Beige tile on shower walls, tub walls, and floor paired with beige-hued wallpaper - a flat, monochromatic palette with no contrast or interest
- Insufficient storage throughout despite the bathroom's generous size
- No dedicated storage for hair-styling tools or toiletries
- A large space that felt empty rather than luxurious
Like many homes in Cave Springs, the master bath retained its original footprint — creating real functional limitations for a busy household and making what should be a personal retreat feel like an afterthought.

Built Around Custom Detail and Upscale Elevation at Every Turn.
To solve the bathroom’s layout and style challenges, DreamMaker redesigned the master bath with improved flow, custom storage, natural light, and a clean modern finish. Removing the unused Jacuzzi unlocked the footprint entirely, custom cabinetry made every inch purposeful, and thoughtful material choices brought the spa-like atmosphere the homeowners had always wanted.
Key Improvements included:
- Custom-designed cabinetry with an upscale traditional look at the desired height - maximising storage and eliminating wasted space
- Dedicated storage built in for hair-styling tools and other toiletries
- Different tile patterns, layouts, and colours used strategically throughout to create visual interest and break the monochromatic palette
- Chandelier installed as the room's lighting centrepiece
- Mirror-mounted sconces added for functional and decorative vanity lighting
- Vertical tile accent added inside the shower as a bold design detail
- Wooden tub skirt incorporated to add warmth and a distinctive finishing touch to the soaking area
