Clint’s background in mechanical engineering provides a unique advantage on every kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, and whole-home renovation. His technical expertise helps identify structural challenges before construction begins, ensuring every remodeling project is built for long-term beauty, safety, and functionality. To us, true success starts with listening and working closely together. Our highly organized approach keeps your project perfectly on track and completely stress free, transforming your ideas into a finished space you will absolutely love.
Meet with a DreamMaker designer in our Design Center to share your vision and inspiration. Next, we’ll schedule your home survey and design review.
We’ll visit your home to measure, photograph, and review any structural or system needs, ensuring your plan and estimate are precise. Then, we’ll schedule your design review.
We’ll go over your custom designs and finalize a plan that reflects your vision. Along with the designs, you’ll get detailed proposals so you can see the costs and make informed choices.
The contract lays out your project scope, start date, timeline, and all necessary documents, so everyone is on the same page. We’re committed to delivering exactly what we promise.
Once your plans and agreements are set, your Project Manager will meet with you to go over the project scope, timeline, and construction process—making sure all details are clear before work begins.
Your Project Manager oversees the remodel, keeping everything on track and answering any questions along the way.
