Salary: $20-$30/hour depending on skill level and experience
We are looking for a skilled craftsman that has at least 3 years’ experience in multiple aspects of remodeling. The skills we are looking for include carpentry – both framing as well as trim; tile setting, floor coverings, drywall, cabinet installation, painting, etc. The more skills a person has the better suited they will be for the Lead Carpenter position.
We are looking for people who communicate well and have good people skills. Someone who lives within 30-45 minutes of Swainsboro would be preferred. Values and character are important to us. We are looking for people who match up closely with us in these areas. A person’s character is even more important to us than having the exact skills that we are looking for. We believe that skills can always be learned and honed, but character is not something we can train into a person. For more information about our Code of Values, click here.
3-5 years' experience in the home remodeling or new home construction industry is preferred.
