This beautifully remodeled kitchen blends warmth and modern elegance, creating a space that’s both functional and inviting. The homeowners wanted to join the living space and the kitchen by opening up a dividing wall and adding a large pass-through window. Another must-have was to replace the cabinets with a more modern look and add more storage. This was accomplished by removing the soffit above the existing cabinets and adding height to the new cabinets by extending them to the ceiling.
The transformation features ShowPlace Cabinetry in the sleek Milan slab design, finished in natural hickory for a timeless, organic feel. The countertops showcase the stunning Cambria Quartz in Hermitage with its delicate gold veining that swirls in tight and open patterns, creating lighter and darker pools of color. This elegant warm design, combined with a beautifully polished finish, glistens, adding a touch of sophistication.
The flooring was upgraded with Trucor Prime luxury vinyl plank with real wood texture in Jasmine Oak, providing kid and pet friendly durability.
A new Elkay Double Bowl Quartz Luxe sink in an eye-catching chestnut is made of hard, natural quartz sand particles and high-performance UV-stable acrylic resins which create a hygienic, nonporous surface that resists germs. A fresh Glazzio Karme ceramic tile backsplash adds texture and visual interest, tying the entire design together.
Final touches include a fresh coat of Sherwin Williams Nearly Peach paint on the kitchen and living room walls, adding warmth and a subtle pop of color. With modern finishes and thoughtful updates, this remodel enhances both the beauty and functionality of the space.
