Salesperson/Designer/Estimator
Assumes a first year salesperson will average $350K-$600K in sales. A second year
salesperson will average $600K-$750K. A third year salesperson will average $600K-
$1M
1. Achieving the annual sales target margins
2. Creating short and long term sales goals (monthly and yearly)
3. Reviewing sales targets weekly/monthly
4. Utilizing the DreamMaker 7-Step Sales System
5. Recording, responding to, and following up on all inquiries from prospective customers
6. Conducting initial client meetings at the Design Center
7. Visiting and measuring jobsites prior to design creation
8. Completing the preliminary and final project estimates at the company-determined GPM
to provide the client a clear and detailed definition of the scope of work.
9. Preparing, completing, and executing all client contract documents (e.g. Project
checklist, initial SOW, Design Retainer, etc.)
10. Assisting homeowner is all product selection after completing initial design.
11. Meeting clients at job-close to present the warranty packet and request a critique on how
the project went.
12. Conducting 6-moth/12-month customer follow up calls
