Owner
David brings a unique blend of precision, business acumen, and passion for creating exceptional spaces into the Asheville community.
His journey began with an industrial engineering degree and then five years in manufacturing, providing him with a strong foundation in systems and processes. This background is key to how he runs his DreamMaker franchise, focusing on a step-by-step, clean, and orderly process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Transitioning from engineering, David spent five years immersed in real estate investing and wholesaling. He gained valuable experience finding deals and working on the construction side of the business. He learned the value of efficiency and delivering on time. However, he found himself wanting more than just speed and affordability; he longed for a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
This desire led him to DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen. He was drawn to the established systems and network, but more importantly, he saw an opportunity to value his skills and expertise properly. DreamMaker provides him with the support and structure he needs to excel and an environment where he and his team can thrive.
David is committed to establishing DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Asheville as the premier home remodeler in the area; the best option for homeowners seeking top-notch service and results. He also aims to cultivate a positive and rewarding work environment for his team, fostering a place where they feel valued and can grow their careers.
As a new DreamMaker franchisee, David is eager for larger, more challenging projects that allow him to demonstrate his critical thinking skills.
Humanity is a core value for David. He is actively involved in the community, volunteering with the Hendersonville Habitat for Humanity during his first year living in the area on their new construction builds. He’s now focusing on rebuilding their bat house project and exploring ways to expand their revenue stream.
David is originally from Houston, Texas, and has been in Asheville since July 2023. He appreciates the abundance of outdoor activities that Asheville offers, especially the mountains and forests. He enjoys running and biking in his free time. He finds running to be a meditative practice that allows his thoughts to flow freely. He has two dogs: Abby and Piper.
