From a prompt response to my email inquiry in March through completion of the job in July, every person we worked with was helpful, friendly, and professional. Our designer, Tiffany, listened to us and gave us everything we asked for in her initial design. As things had to be changed for various reasons, she always had ideas for acceptable compromises. Our project manager, Mark, and lead carpenter, Dave, were responsive, reliable, and efficient. We also had great experiences with all of the sub-contractors. We couldn’t be happier with the final result. They used the highest quality products and devoted their time to our project until it was completed–in half the time we expected! Meet with a DreamMaker designer in our Design Center to share your vision and inspiration. Next, we’ll schedule your home survey and design review.
We’ll visit your home to measure, photograph, and review any structural or system needs, ensuring your plan and estimate are precise. Then, we’ll schedule your design review.
We’ll go over your custom designs and finalize a plan that reflects your vision. Along with the designs, you’ll get detailed proposals so you can see the costs and make informed choices.
The contract lays out your project scope, start date, timeline, and all necessary documents, so everyone is on the same page. We’re committed to delivering exactly what we promise.
Once your plans and agreements are set, your Project Manager will meet with you to go over the project scope, timeline, and construction process—making sure all details are clear before work begins.
Your Project Manager oversees the remodel, keeping everything on track and answering any questions along the way.
