These Aiken clients wanted their narrow 1970s bathroom to feel as wide as possible – without moving any walls. DreamMaker achieved it through a combination of smart product choices and careful finish updates: removing the wainscoting that was closing the room in, replacing outdated tile throughout, swapping the cast iron tub for a steel Bootzcast tub with Onyx shower walls, and installing a reduced-depth vanity that reclaimed several precious inches between the tub and the sink. The result is not only more functional but genuinely beautiful.

What Was Not Working
- A narrow bathroom built in the 1970s with wainscoting that made the walls feel even closer
- Small outdated tiles on the floor and a tiled countertop both in need of replacement
- A cast iron tub requiring replacement - and the tile beneath it along with it

To solve the bathroom’s layout and style challenges, DreamMaker redesigned the master bath with improved flow, custom storage, natural light, and a clean modern finish. Removing the unused Jacuzzi unlocked the footprint entirely, custom cabinetry made every inch purposeful, and thoughtful material choices brought the spa-like atmosphere the homeowners had always wanted.
