The attic space was genuinely challenging: roof bracing running at various angles across the planned footprint, offset rooms at different levels, a small staircase requirement, and significant HVAC complexity. DreamMaker’s lead carpenters stepped in when a framing subcontractor became unreachable at the last minute – and completed the complicated framing on time and within the original sub-contractor budget. The result is a personalised home gym the family can use at any point in the day.

To solve the bathroom’s layout and style challenges, DreamMaker redesigned the master bath with improved flow, custom storage, natural light, and a clean modern finish. Removing the unused Jacuzzi unlocked the footprint entirely, custom cabinetry made every inch purposeful, and thoughtful material choices brought the spa-like atmosphere the homeowners had always wanted.
